Disable the Office Start screen for all Office applications
This policy setting controls whether the Office Start screen appears on boot for all Office applications. If you enable this policy setting, users will not see the Office Start screen when they boot any Office application. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users will see the Office Start screen when they boot their Office applications.
