New tasks are effort driven
This policy setting specifies that new tasks are scheduled such that the work on the task remains constant as you add or remove assignments. If you enable this policy setting, new tasks will be effort-driven. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, new tasks will not be effort-driven.
