Disable screenshot optimization

(Beta) This policy can be used to offload screen capture commands to the plugin side, where the screenshot can capture video received by the VDI plugin. This requires VDI version 5.14.10 or higher. Currently, the default is disabled (1), but may be changed in a future release. 0 - VDI Client Screenshot will be offloaded 1 - (Default) Disable Screenshot offload
