Enable VDI Plugin Auto Update Opt Out
VDI 5.17.10 or later 0 - Default 1 - Enabled By setting EnableVDIPluginAutoUpdateOptOut=1 in VM side, customers can have "Opt Out" option in VDI plugin auto update. ("Opt Out" button will show in plugin auto update dialog)
